How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: Web-Based Request
- Fill out the account deletion request form below
- Provide your account email address
- Submit the request
- You will receive a confirmation email
Method 2: Email Request
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if different from email)
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
- You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days
Reactivation
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use Pickupwaka again, you will need to:
- Create a new account
- Re-enter all your information
- Start fresh with no previous order history
Data Portability
Before deleting your account, you can request a copy of your data:
- Email: Send a request to [email protected] with subject "Data Export Request"
- Timeline: Data export is provided within 6 business days
The exported data will include:
- Account information
- Order history
- Transaction history
- Profile information
Third-Party Data
When you delete your account, we will:
- Request deletion of your data from third-party services where possible
- Remove device tokens from Firebase/Google services
- Stop sharing your data with delivery partners
Note: Some third-party services may retain data according to their own policies. We will make reasonable efforts to request deletion, but cannot guarantee deletion from all third-party systems.
Verification Process
To protect your account security, we may require verification before processing deletion:
- Email Confirmation: You must confirm deletion via the email sent to your registered address
- Identity Verification: For accounts with significant activity, we may request additional verification
- Security Check: We may verify recent account activity to prevent unauthorized deletion
Cancellation of Deletion Request
If you change your mind, you can cancel your deletion request:

- After processing begins: Deletion may not be reversible once processing has started
